ASL Delivery Options

  • ASL ships worldwide. For your own protection we require you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of products sold on this website in your part of the world. By ordering, you confirm that you have checked your local and international laws and it is safe to do so and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you.

  • Shipping Fee:

    Within the UK - £ 4.50

    International - £ 9.99

    As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has left the warehouse, we will send you your tracking information via email.

  • UK Deliveries:

    We use Royal Mail First Class mail services and courier services to ship our parcels within the UK. All parcels come with a tracking id and require a signature.

    We estimate 1-4 business days for UK deliveries.

    All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact us for help. Please note it might take 24 hours for the mail services to update tracking information. If your tracking information doesn’t work after 24 hours please contact us immediately.

    If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days after dispatch, please contact us immediately.

    The courier will make 3 attempts in the UK to deliver your package. After that it will be held at the depot for 5 days for you to arrange delivery. After that time the items will be sent back to us.

    If the customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not accept any responsibility for this parcel. This means the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.

    If you request for your parcel to be left somewhere on your property (e.g. in the porch, shed or over the fence etc.) we cannot be held responsible for the whereabouts of the parcel, if it cannot be found.

  • International Deliveries:

    We use national mail services and the courier services to ship our parcels overseas. Please note that import duty, tax or charges vary from country to country and ASL will not be liable for any additional costs incurred.

    All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact us for help. Please note it might take 24 hours for the mail services to update tracking information. If your tracking information doesn’t work after 24 hours please contact us immediately.

    We estimate 7-10 business days for the international deliveries however it might take up to 21 business days. If you are unable to track and see where your package is please contact us for help.
